Transparent fee
The fee covers the complete performance of the chairperson's role, including the entire agenda listed above. Travel costs are charged for meetings outside Karlovy Vary.

About me
I have been practising law independently since January 2005. I obtained my Master's degree in 2001, passed the doctoral (JUDr.) examination in 2003 and the bar examination in December 2004.

I deal with owners' declarations, changes to defined units and real-estate transfers. Courts repeatedly appoint me as guardian of homeowners' associations — that is, directly to the position of the statutory body.
