Privacy Policy
Updated 3 September 2026
This website processes personal data only to the extent necessary. Below you will find what happens to the data you send us through the contact form and how we handle cookies.
Who is the data controller
The data controller is JUDr. Denisa Neumannová, profesionální předseda SVJ s.r.o., Jateční 2121/6, 360 01 Karlovy Vary, IČ 29765731, e-mail neumannova@ak-neumannova.cz. For any question regarding data protection, please write to the e-mail address above.
What data we process
From the contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the text of your message. Additionally and automatically: the sender’s IP address and the time of submission. These two are used solely to protect the form from abuse (limiting the number of submissions from one address). We collect no other visitor data and we do not build profiles.
Why we process the data
We process the form data in order to answer your enquiry and possibly arrange cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The IP address and timestamp are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the site against spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Traffic measurement takes place only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
How long we keep the data
Form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, at most 3 years from the last contact. If the communication leads to a contractual relationship, the retention period follows the obligations of an attorney under the Czech Legal Profession Act. Data used for submission rate limiting is deleted automatically after one hour.
Who we share the data with
We do not pass data to anyone for their own purposes. We do use the following processors: • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — delivery of the form e-mail. Data stays within the EU. • Google Ireland Limited — the reCAPTCHA service distinguishing humans from bots and, with your consent, Google Analytics. Google may transfer data to the USA under standard contractual clauses. • The hosting provider running this website.
Cookies and traffic measurement
Without your consent we store no analytics or advertising cookies. Only your choice in the cookie bar is stored, directly in your browser. If you give consent, Google Analytics 4 is loaded and collects anonymised information about your visit (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device type). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to its rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to data portability. Consent to traffic measurement may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. To exercise your rights, write to neumannova@ak-neumannova.cz.
Where you can complain
If you believe that the processing of your data breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.
